Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Basic Mountaineering Course Certificate from a reputable institute.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Ability to obtain a medical certificate from a recognized hospital.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for outdoor adventure.
- Uphold company policies regarding health and safety, including the prohibition of smoking and drinking during work hours.
This position requires extensive travel and outdoor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 22 years of age with prior experience in team leadership or coordination.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage group dynamics and ensure schedule adherence.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site throughout treks.
- Physically fit and capable of participating in moderate to strenuous treks.
The Team Coordinator is responsible for managing participant interactions, ensuring the itinerary is followed smoothly, and acting as a liaison between the group and Wildvoyages staff during the Trek.
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age with experience in social media content creation.
- Proficient in using cameras and editing tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
- Ability to travel and stay on-site during treks as needed.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a strong grasp of digital trends.
- Comfortable capturing candid moments, conducting short interviews, and filming trek activities.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Team player with strong communication and time-management skills.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for documenting treks through photos, videos, and stories for Wildvoyages’s online platforms. Content created may be used in marketing campaigns, reels, blogs, and more.
