A lunch stop will be arranged en route, and the journey to the base camp takes approximately 3.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions. Upon reaching Salher Wadi Base Camp at around 1:30 PM, trekkers will be allotted their tents on a group-sharing basis and given time to settle in. A delicious lunch will be served at 2:00 PM before we set out for a short trek to the ancient Ganesh Temple near Salher Fort at 3:00 PM. The trek from Salher Wadi to the Ganesh Temple takes approximately one hour. The trail follows a gradual ascent through scenic surroundings and lush greenery, making it an enjoyable walk for trekkers of all experience levels. Along the way, there will be plenty of opportunities to pause, admire the views, and capture memorable photographs. Upon reaching the temple, trekkers can spend time soaking in the peaceful atmosphere and spiritual significance of this historic place. After returning, the group will relax at the campsite before joining the Wild Voyages team for a trek briefing and group orientation over high tea at 5:00 PM. If time permits, the group will then walk to a nearby sunset point.
